Do I need to know anything about websites?
Not at all. We handle everything, from writing the words to setting up hosting. You just tell us about your business.
How long does a new website take?
It depends on the size of the job and how quickly we receive your details and photos. We'll give you a clear timeframe when we first talk.
Do you work with businesses outside my area?
Yes. We work with businesses across Australia. Everything can be done by phone, email or video call.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. All monthly plans are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Your domain is always registered to you.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We can look after your existing site or rebuild it, whichever makes more sense. We'll give you an honest recommendation.
What do the website packages cost?
Starter Website $495, Business Website $850 and Pro Website $1,295, all one-off. Every website package includes its matching care plan free for the first month: Starter with Basic, Business with Advanced, Pro with Pro. After that, it continues month-to-month at the normal price. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
What do the monthly care plans cost?
Basic $49/month, Advanced $79/month and Pro $129/month.
Is there a setup fee?
Only if you join the Basic care plan on its own, without a website package from us. In that case there's a one-off $150 setup fee. Advanced and Pro have no setup fee.
Do you only work with tradies?
No. We work with small businesses in any industry, Australia-wide. Tradies are a great fit, but so are cafes, clinics, shops, salons and service businesses.
Do you take a commission on app orders?
No. We take no commission on orders through your app. You pay the setup fee and the monthly plan, and nothing else.
Do my customers need to download the app from an app store?
No. Customers open your app link and add it to their home screen from the browser, on iPhone or Android. There's no app store download.
What happens after the free month?
After your free first month, your care plan continues month-to-month at the normal price (Basic $49, Advanced $79 or Pro $129 per month). There's no lock-in. You can cancel with 30 days' notice, and you always own your domain.
