Already have a website? You can join a care plan on its own. The Basic plan has a one-off $150 setup fee. Advanced and Pro have no setup fee. We'll move your site over and get your Google profile in shape.
Already a client? Use our change request form to ask for updates. Changes outside your plan's included updates are charged per change: $29 (no rush, within a week), $49 (2–3 business days) or $79 (next business day). Larger jobs are quoted first.

What happens after the free month?
After your free first month, your care plan continues month-to-month at the normal price (Basic Care $49, Advanced Care $79 or Pro Care $129 a month). Month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. You always own your domain.
How does cancelling work?
All monthly plans are month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Let us know and your plan ends 30 days later.
Can I join a care plan without a new website?
Yes. Basic Care has a one-off $150 setup fee when you join on its own. Advanced Care and Pro Care have no setup fee. Reviews Care doesn't need a website at all.
What happens with negative reviews?
On every plan with review replies, negative reviews (3 stars or below) get your approval before we reply.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Your domain is always registered to you.
